Shipping Policy:

We believe in quick, accurate and reliable customer service. Your order will be processed and shipped up to 1 business day from payment. If you choose Priority or Express shipping you will receive an e-mail confirmation from the USPS. I do not ship on the weekends.

 

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving your Pocket Dots. Please call us at (708) 557-2593 or e-mail annie@pocketdots.com to notify us that you will be sending them back and the reason for return. The amount you paid minus shipping will be refunded.
